These Terms and Conditions (T&C) take effect on January 1, 2026 and apply to all registrations for beach volleyball camps organized by BVHL.
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") regulate the legal relationship between the Sellers (hereinafter "Organizer") and an individual (hereinafter "Participant" or "Buyer") who registers for a beach volleyball camp (hereinafter "Camp") through the website www.bvhl.cz.
1.2 The Camp is a fixed-date leisure service package, with exact content (accommodation, meals, beach volleyball training, additional program like activities and tournaments, optionally airport transfer) always detailed on the page of the specific Camp on the website. The package never includes transportation to the Camp (air tickets, bus or other transport), travel insurance, or visa arrangements.
1.3 By submitting a registration and agreeing to these T&C (via checkbox in the registration form), the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree with the T&C. The contract for services (hereinafter "Contract") is concluded when the registration is confirmed by the Organizer (automatic e-mail or manual confirmation) or upon payment of the price (depending on the specific Camp).
2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
2.1 Registration is done by filling out the online form on www.bvhl.cz.
2.2 After submission, the Participant receives an automatic confirmation of registration and a generated invoice (tax document) with payment details.
2.3 The Contract becomes binding once the registration is confirmed by the Organizer (automatic or manual). The Organizer reserves the right to reject a registration (e.g., if capacity is full) and will inform the Participant.
2.4 Each Camp has a minimum number of participants (usually 16). If this number is not reached, the Organizer has the right to cancel the Camp and will inform Participants at least 30 days before the start. In such a case, the Organizer will refund all payments in full or offer a transfer to another Camp (with possible price adjustment if the new Camp is more expensive).
3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1 The Camp price is always listed on the page of the specific Camp (including all taxes, unless the Seller is not a VAT payer).
3.2 Payment is made via bank transfer to the account on the invoice or online card payment through the registration system.
3.3 Payment options (specific for each Camp, listed on its page):
One-time full payment
Installment payment (e.g., 50% deposit + 50% balance by a specified date)
All payments must be completed by the deadline specified for the Camp.
4. Withdrawal from the Contract and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Since this is a fixed-date leisure service (§ 1837 j) of the Civil Code), the Participant has no right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without reason if the Camp is scheduled to start in less than 14 days from conclusion of the Contract.
4.2 Cancellation conditions are specific to each Camp and detailed on its page (including deadlines, fees, and optional cancellation insurance). General rules:
Before the start of the payment period (e.g., before 1.1. for some Camps), cancellation is free of charge.
After payment period begins, cancellation fees apply according to the specific Camp (with insurance = lower fee, without insurance = higher fee).
The Organizer recommends the possibility of transferring the registration to another date or purchasing cancellation insurance (for a fee).
4.3 Cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail to bvhonza@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Participant
5.1 The Participant must assess their health condition and sports level – participation is at own risk. The Organizer does not recommend participation of persons with health restrictions without consulting a doctor.
5.2 The Participant provides their own sportswear and personal equipment. Training equipment is provided by the Organizer.
5.3 The Participant must follow rules on-site, instructions from coaches, and respect other participants.
5.4 The Organizer strongly recommends the Participant take out travel insurance (health and cancellation) for risks related to travel and sports.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer
6.1 The Organizer commits to provide services as stated for the specific Camp.
6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to minor program changes (e.g., due to weather, coach illness) – always attempting to provide a replacement program or coach.
7. Personal Data Protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR – details in the separate Privacy Policy on the website.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 These T&C are governed by Czech law. Disputes can be resolved out-of-court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the ODR platform.
8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the T&C – the valid version is always the current one on the website.
