Honza Leden

Honza Leden is an experienced coach and co-founder of Beach Volley Honza Leden, specializing in beginners and intermediate players.

Career:

In 2015, he won the Prague Beach League, placed 3rd at the Czech U20 Championship, and demonstrated his skills both domestically and within the beach volleyball community. He has been an active player since 2011.

Coaching Career:

Honza has been coaching since 2017, focusing on the development of players of all ages, especially beginners and intermediate-level athletes. He emphasizes proper technique, game awareness, and fun training methods that motivate long-term growth.

Eli Jungmannová

Eli Jungmannová is a former player in the Spanish League and an experienced international coach, co-founder of Beach Volley Honza Leden, and an enthusiastic youth coach.

Career:

She gained professional-level experience in the Spanish League, developing technical skills, tactics, and team spirit, which she now shares with her players.

Coaching career:

Eli has been coaching since 2020, specializing in working with children and younger players. She brings energy, patience, and a playful approach to every session, fostering enjoyment of the game and long-term player development.

Beachvolleyball legend & elite coach

Michal Palinek

Michal Palinek is a former professional beach volleyball player, an experienced coach with a distinguished top-level career, and founder of BVU-Palda.

Career:

He started in indoor volleyball (1975), winning 7 national titles and earning a nomination for the 1990 World Championship. In beach volleyball, he spent 14 years on the Czech national team, became European Champion in 1996, competed in the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, and played over 100 World Tour and European Tour tournaments.

Coaching career:

Michal has been coaching since 2000, leading both the Czech senior and youth national teams. His trainees included top players such as Markéta Sluková, Kristýna Kolocová, and the Kuf brothers. With his elite-level experience, he brings professional expertise, technical precision, and motivation to training sessions.


With Michal on the sand, expect energetic, knowledgeable, and fun sessions suitable for all skill levels.

International Volleyball Instructor & Coach

Martin NEMEC

Martin Nemec is a former professional volleyball player, an experienced coach with an extensive international career, and founder of Martin Nemec Volleyball Institute s.r.o.

Career:

Over more than 20 seasons, he represented Slovakia professionally and played for clubs across Europe and Asia, earning numerous awards and recognition as a respected international figure. He was known for his versatility, technique, and leadership on the court.

Coaching career:

After retiring from playing, Martin became a coach, served as an FIVB Instructor, and trained players and coaches worldwide. In 2022, he founded the Volleyball Institute, developing players of all ages, organizing training camps, and sharing his expertise with both professionals and amateurs.

With Martin on the sand, you gain access to modern training methods, systematic skill development, and motivating sessions that combine technique, tactics, and fun.

Niko Zanotta

Niko Zanotta is a former professional beach volleyball player and experienced coach, born in Uruguay, holding Italian citizenship, and currently based in Mallorca. He is president and founder of Niko Zanotta Academy (NZA).

Career:

He played professional beach volleyball and gained extensive international experience, which he now shares with his players.

Coaching career:

Niko is a certified FIVB and national instructor (Level 1 & 2 Beach Volleyball, Level 1 Indoor) and runs his NZA academies in Mallorca and Barcelona. He organizes camps and technical training sessions focused on developing players of all levels.

With Niko on the sand, you'll benefit from professional training, international experience, and a playful, motivating approach to player development.
